Monique Brim was our realtor from Fall 2018 to the closing of our new SA home the end of March 2019. We had retired in SA in 2011 but moved to CO for a few years during the time our daughter was having our grandbabies. So our real estate venture was from out of state. The process of buying my first home with JB Goodwin Realtors went incredibly smooth! Buying a home can be very stressful, as I knew very little about the process, however, Monique Briseno went above and beyond to help me find the home that I wanted. The entire process of getting the loan approved, making a bid on a home, and securing a contract took less than a week, which is pretty impressive given the current housing market in San Antonio. This is actually two reviews, one for when I purchased the house and one for when I sold just recently after updating my original review. Monique Brim is my realtor in San Antonio and she found us a gem back in 2019, after relocating for work she went above and beyond bringing in the right photographers and setting up an open house which resulted in a contract on the third day after listing! If I return to TX I will enlist her services again and will definitely refer her to friends and family. JBGoodwin has an excellent team and made the transition easy with a high level of communication.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I met Monique at an open house and immediately knew she was the realtor I needed. She was prompt, efficient, communicative, and helped us tremendously throughout the entire process. I can not recommend her enough. She located the perfect match and was relentless on getting me the best deal possible She negotiated with the company Open Door (they aren’t flexible) to repair the foundation , plumbing issues and sellers included some closing cost ! My husband and I worked with Monique to buy a house for a cross-country relocation move. Monique and I hit it off within the first five minutes of chatting on the phone and I could tell she would be great to work with. She is fun, friendly and very good at her job.

We scheduled a brief trip to fly into town and shop for houses. Monique showed us 18 houses over two days, gave us her undivided attention and showed us homes in all of the areas we were considering. She helped us come together on some conflicting criteria and got an offer submitted on a great house while we were still in town. It took a bit of negotiation to get into contract and Monique handled it all with patience and our priorities in mind. Once we were in contract she lined up an inspection for us and continued to be available for all of our questions.
